Wouldn't this photograph make a good enlargement

The Coalhole Quartet was born in early 2006, and it very nearly needed a caesarian. Since then we have played a wide variety of venues: pubs, clubs, cafes, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, summer fairs, winter fairs, music festivals, corporate events etc. mostly within the Surrey and Sussex borders. Our musical style is often described as 'easy listening', but a glance at our set list reveals a wider range than the picture above would suggest. We pride ourselves on performing original arrangements of classic tunes, many of them well-known, but also a few surprises.

The name 'Coalhole' refers to the basement (including the original coalhole) in the Redhill house where the Quartet (and occasionally Quintet) rehearse and record. It has hosted many performers playing a variety of styles of music over the past twenty years.
